100% Satisfied! The experience in the store and the samples I got to take home were great. The gentlemen who came and measured offered great advise and the gent who installed in two days was excellent. PLUS I only ended up with about 1/2 a box of extra flooring so the measurements were super accurate. Very Recommended!

We loved working with the Floor Store! Such great service, they answered all of our questions every step of the way, and we're really happy with the stairs they carpeted for us. They're so prompt, too. They're great at returning calls and showing up when they say they will. We'll definitely go back when we have more flooring to be done.

The floor store was great to work with. The contractors we had install the flooring were very good and did an excellent job. We had some issues with the product but the floor store took care of it immediately with no hassle. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking floor flooring.
